Great experience for both me and my fur babies! I booked last minute and the owner was very accommodating. I was nervous because this was my first time boarding my pets and they’re attached to my hip. We booked a stay for our pups Honey 🍯 and Sunny 🌞 last minute! Literally the day before we left. We were very nervous to leave them as it was our first time doing so, but Pinky really made us feel so comfortable from the second we spoke to her. We received updates everyday with photos! We were a bit concerned for our pup honey because she is a bit aggressive snd anti social BUT pinky sent us a photo of Honey playing with other dogs! We were shocked!!!

My girl’s had a blast staying here! They act like they are bored at home now!!!!! Pinky knows what’s she is doing, she is the real deal!!!!! When we dropped our dogs off, we almost had to pick Butterscotch up to get her out of the car. Butterscotch is a Boxer/ American Bull dog mix who has become a nervous/ scared dog. I never understood why. Except that after we moved from Georgia to Texas in the middle of 2020 and had a family emergency after being here 2 weeks we had to go back home. We had to board the dogs last minute and we could not take them in the facility. When I came home Butterscotch was a different dog. I asked vets and other people whom know what they are doing. They said she was traumatized. To my knowledge nothing has happened. Both of my girls came home more confident and they are different dogs than before they went and stayed with Pinky! The difference was Pinky and her wonderful resort!!! Both of my girls have boarded at other places in town. Butterscotch always came back acting scared. She is so much more well adjusted!!!!! Again thank you!!!! I will bring the girls one day soon for doggie daycare/ play date after the holidays!!!!!! Shana Bates

I recently used Pinky's Pet Resort to take care of my two dogs while my family and I went out of town on vacation. It was difficult to leave my dogs with someone that I did not know because my pets are considered family. Pinky did a great job caring for my dogs while in her care. She gave my elderly dog Daisy her meds daily as requested. She also went above and beyond by cleaning my dogs allergy related eye gunk with eye wash. I got an update on my dogs every night while in her care. Oh, another nice suprise was getting a paw print of each of my fur babies when I picked them up. Pinky’s Pet Resort is two thumbs up!! I was sooo nervous about dropping my girls off…I have two boxers, one 2 yr old, very spry & youthful, the other almost 9 & content being on the couch all day long. Neither have ever been kenneled. But Pinky was amazing with both. They loved their stay!! She provides daily activities: spa day, art projects, turkey bowling, etc.! Story time every night, & at the end of the day she updates EVERY puppy parent with an email & pic!! Talk about passion, dedication, and a heart full of love with what you do!!! Pinky and her gang are rockstars & I wouldn’t want to leave my dogs in anybody else’s care!!

I cannot recommend this boarding facility enough! I am so SO glad I finally found a place that I can entrust to look after my two larger dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Akbash. I am always given a daily report on how they are doing, how much fun they are having and how their day went. This always puts me at ease when we are on vacation and the kids love seeing the pictures and videos. I will always use Pinkys and I recommend them to anyone! Dawn Cameron

Pinky is a true professional and animal lover! I love the at home feeling she gives me and my Lab. She treat my Lab so well he drags me to get into her gate. The communication is top notch! She is way better than big box companies that lock your pet away until you come and get them. She allows the pets to play and make friends, play games and have a glow party at night on Fridays! Yes would definitely recommend Pinkys Pet Resort. This was the first time we had ever boarded our dog and I was super nervous on how he would do since he's a rescue dog. Well Maverick did amazing, we got a daily report on Maverick and he came home a very happy boy. They do so many activities with your doggies. I could tell he was very well taken care of. Leaving our Zach here was the easiest thing with Debra and her facility. She treats your fur baby like family and is the most genuine person I have ever met. This was our first time leaving our dog anywhere. The ease of scheduling the stay and being able to pay online was so convenient. Upon arriving, we could tell he was going to be taken care of and have a good time. Getting the daily updates with a picture was awesome. We absolutely loved Debra. She was very welcoming and made us feel 100% comfortable with leaving our babies with her. We left our dogs with her for 4 days. WOW! We cannot recommend Pinky's enough. Boarded our 3 Corgi's overnight and I can attest that Pinky's is not just boarding. We've boarded our babies at other facilities before and yes, they had fun and were well cared for but when your babies are loved on, played with, and cared for the way that ours were, nothing compares to that. That is the most comforting because our babies are spoiled and get a lot of attention at home and I know that they received the same TLC with Pinky. Communication was above and beyond ANYTHING that I have ever experienced! We received pictures throughout the day, a video of them having fun and art work when we picked them up. It is not a question of if we will bring our babies back but just a matter of when. We will not be going anywhere else anymore.
